Once you’ve completed the online evaluation, our courier partner will contact you within 2–5 business days. Please keep your old device ready for collection. Our courier partner will collect the trade-in device for further evaluation at our facility. The evaluation process is typically completed within 7-10 business days of pick-up.
4. Receive Your Cashback:
Once the evaluation is complete, keep an eye on your email for a request to share your bank details. Once received, your payment will be transferred to your bank account within 3–5 business days.

Accessories are not required when trading in a smartphone. During evaluation, any screen protectors, protective films, cases, covers, or stickers will be removed and will not be returned. If you would like to keep these items, please remove them before handing over your device.
Our trade-in partner will have the sole discretion to resell or harvest components/raw materials of the assets in an environment-friendly manner.
Upon evaluation of your device, you will be given a final offer. Once you accept the offer and share your bank details, a bank transfer will be initiated and processed within 3-5 business days.
